Why You Should Be Careful About E-Cigarettes

One of the more common herbs used in vaporizers is gold. Gold is really a highly toxic element, which is also used in medications to treat certain types of cancer. There have been studies that show gold increases the threat of premature death in smokers, so that it would be wise to stay away from any products which contain gold.

As a result of these findings, lots of people are beginning to choose to quit smoking, along with changing their diet and exercising more. Many teens today may also be turning to e-cigs as a way to smoke less. With all of the dangers that we now know exist when working with e-cigs, it seems that quitting cold turkey is the best option for many people.
